Thank you for choosing The Appliance Barn, where we proudly offer affordable appliances you can trust. Our goal is to provide quality products and dependable service to every customer. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

At The Appliance Barn, all items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and the discounted pricing of used appliances and parts, we do not offer returns or refunds once a sale has been completed.


Exceptions

While we do not maintain a general return or refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases, returns or exchanges may be considered at our sole discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Please note:

  • We do not refund for buyer’s remorse.

  • Cosmetic imperfections and normal wear are not considered valid reasons for return.

  • Any item approved for return must be in the same condition as sold.

If a return is approved:

  • The appliance must be brought back to us by the customer.

  • The Appliance Barn is not responsible for pickup or return transportation.


Product Issues

If you experience a functional issue with a product after purchase, please refer to our Warranty Policy for support and possible service or replacement options. We stand behind the appliances we sell and want to ensure your satisfaction.


Shipping & Delivery

If you opted for delivery, please inspect your appliance at the time of drop-off. Issues reported after delivery must be submitted via email and include photos and a description of the issue.


Customer Responsibility

If installation was not completed by The Appliance Barn, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify compatibility of all appliances and parts before purchase.

  • Ensure proper installation is completed by a qualified technician.

  • Report any operational issues promptly after purchase or delivery.

Improper installation or damage caused during customer-handled setup may void any warranty coverage or consideration for exception.
